hey, i'm a collegiate distance runner running around 90 miles a week. i'm also a vegetarian. would it be good/recommended for me to take some sort of iron supplement? i don't think that i've ever had any problems with anemia or anything like that before, but i also have never had my levels tested or have ever been running this many miles before. i'm feeling pretty good right now, but don't want to go in the tank at the end of the season and not be able to do anything about it. that happened to one of my teammates last year. any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated
