Right.. i understand that stress fractures happen through overuse and i've got one on my left foot with our varsity match coming up in 2 weeks, i suspect it happened through my cardio as i was wearing very worn down shoes :(
I run the 100 and 200 sprints which means my ground contact time is pretty minimal. If i were to cut out a lot of my daily walking and all squats and cardio. would i be able to sprint on it twice a week and do leg presses before my race? or would this seriously hinder my recovery bearing in mind the speed of my workouts.
