Dude, what the hell is all that dribble? Seriously, I thought you were somewhat intelligent.
19/20 due to pure chance? I have an MS in Applied Math, I don't even need to do any calculations to tell that is EASILY rejectable at 5% level. All this talk about Gaussian distributions, which as you may or may not know is just the limit of the binomial: throw in
(20 choose 19) x p^19 * (1-p)^1
with whatever you think is a reasonable value of p and tell me what it spits out.
In fact, I just threw in the #'s for a Chi-Square test (assuming expected black/non-black is 10/10, which in that is pretty generous considering global population makeup). Chi squared equals 16.200 with 1 degrees of freedom. The two-tailed P value is less than 0.0001. So much for not rejecting at .05, huh?
I'm too tired to think now, or maybe my English skills are just deteriorating, but I can't even figure out what half your sentences mean (such as, "Studies indicate that educational gaps between Racial groups actually widen when one compares racial groups, matches them along the same socioeconomic educational backgrounds and goes down the socioeconomic and education ladder)").
And please don't write "noone" ever again. By the way, your repeated use of the term "n value" is hysterical, please tell me you write academic papers using such terms!
