Other than the standard 20min. jog+strides which isn't working for me anymore. I feel flat & full of lactate. I've notced in bailed workouts if I take a full recovery I can come back and hit the times with some comfort(e.g. quit a 4mile s.s. at 2mile in 11:00 but after 10min.rec I hit 10:36 for 2mile without struggling). Considering doing a hard(5k race pace) 2km before my next s.s. or race. Maybe this opens ther airway & gets the lactate flowing better than just strides?
