How exactly is the drug testing process administered? Is the following correct?
The athlete gives 2 samples, "A" and "B" Are these both urine or one urine and one blood? The "A" sample is tested. If the "A" tests negative, the "B" is destroyed and the athlete is "clean". If it tests positive, then the "B" sample is tested. If both "A" and "B" are positive, the athlete is banned. What if the "A" tests positive and the "B" negative? Is the person cleared or banned? If a person is banned for a positive "A" and a negative "B", then why is the "B" not ALWAYS tested? After all, the "A" could be negative and the "B" positive. Shouldn't there be an "A", "B", and a "C", where any 2 testing positive results in a suspension?
