Does riding a bike just before you go for a run a good way to prepare your body to run?
Any of you ride a bike before practice and has it helped your workout and has it made you stronger?

I don't know about it making me stronger but I have certainly had great track practices after riding my bike to the track. I still had to do a bit of a running warmup by the cycling certainly gave me a great warmup too.
agreed. the few times that i have rode my bike to school to get to practice have been great track workouts
You won't recruit all of the fibers used in running, so it's not a great substitute to a running warm-up.
But in the other way around, running before makes cycling feel so incredible easy, at least for me.
