I am a little shocked no one really said anything about this. Those are some smokin times. Rhines has really started to run fast the last couple of years. I didn't necessarily think she would run this quick over 3k especially since she has run the thon, but awesome run for both women.
On top of that Kastor ran 8:44 (probably disappointed), and Michelle Sikes ran a super quick 8:44 as well. Not bad for someone who just got out of school.
