I have recently bumped my mileage up to 80mpw. This is an all time high for me, and hope to hold it for a while. Yet, this is only my first week, and I find it hard to finish runs.
Yesterday, I had a double day. 5 in the morning, 9 at night. During the 5, I had trouble, and my legs were feeling it. Later that day, I was only able to get 6 out of the 9 out. I wasn't even running fast.
I have had very bad nutrition, and I haven't been taking in the calories needed. Doesn't anyone have any idea how many calories you would need to take in a day, to sufficiently train at 80mpw?
