Just to let you know Sihine wins the 5km with the fast time of the year. 56 second last lap with what appears to be a stomach cramp during the race. Sihine just stays behind the leaders who where going 2:35 per km but then Eluid Kipchoge slows it down to 2:45 and get killed by Sihine who looks like he had a stomach cramp...

Sihine looks so much in control...if it wasn't to Kipchoge that would have been 12:46-12:51 ish pace.
Osaka is going to be a barn burner. Given the humidity, I could see it being won in a time around 13:30 with a final km in the low 2:20s.
How does it appear he had a stomach cramp? You look at a still image of a runner finishing and his hand just happens to toach his abdomen so you determine he must have a stomach cramp?

I watched the race live and he walked around the infield with a lot of distress on his face holding his side, he was def in pain afterwards.
