Seriously, Hall's debut this year was far more impressive.
At best it was as impressive -- not to say that Hall's performance wasn't great! Hall was about #9 on the all-time list of half-marathon performers, but it's not run that often. Webb is #24 all-time in the 1500, and there are 1500m races with big names in them every week of every summer.
