No Car,no shoes, no nothing.

ZERO. In my closet, I have 9 pairs of spikes, including 3 classics (original Jasari, original JSC, original Kennedy), but I don't keep any in my car. I just put in my bag what I need that day.

None. And I make sure to remove any shoe I want to run from the car as soon as i can. The heat can totally ruin a pair. One time i made the mistake and when i went to ware them the shoes were as soft as a marshmallow. After they cooled down they felt like they had 300 miles on them but they where bran new.

None, because my car is the only thing more important than my running. It must always be spotless and completely free of anything unnecessary.
