I am guessing that I can do about 10 miles
I am guessing that I can do about 10 miles
I guess 16,289m
In shape i could probably do 10.5 miles.
15K, perhaps a little more on a good day.
3 laps on a track
Hopefully 7 miles
Depends on if I fast forward thorough the commercials.
10.5 I reckon.
What pace is 11 miles... ? 5:27?
Nah, I'll give myself 10 miles now, 10.5 when I'm in good shape.
Around 9 miles when I'm in great shape.
More like 7.8 - 8.0 now.
~ 10 mi.
19,800 meters.
about 11 miles maybe 11.5 by the fall
your tempo pace should be about as fast as you can run for 60 minutes
Id love to be able to run for 60 minutes without stopping.
With walking breaks every 4 minutes, about 26.2 miles.
i once ran in one hour track race. It was on a cinder track on a warm day. I managed 17221metres (approx 10.75miles)which wasn't too bad. Bit boring.
Most I've done is 18,600 m, or about 11.625. Basically 5:10 pace, that is the easiest way to call it.
Does the time doing walk breaks count toward the 60 minutes?
In fact, newer technology will soon have the chip recording the time...but only while moving faster than 12 minute miles. This way, a person can truly achieve their best races times because the chip will accumulate time only while running -- not during the walk breaks. No more 4+ hour marathon times for the masses!
And, better yet, the Gallowalker method will be a proven success!
In the 1990s I could run just over 10 miles in one hour.
Now it is getting closer to 10 minutes for one mile.
