I have been having problems with my right forefoot. When I run for more than 45 minutes, my foot starts to get hot, especially near the base of the toes. Looking at my shoes, my tread wear is pretty uneven. Forefoot is much more worn than heel. But, I have significant wear on the outside of my right forefoot while the tread wear on my left is fairly even. Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation? Should I look for a heavily cushioned shoe? Don't know where to start.
