Any and all beers are my favorite recovery beer...
coors light
Guinness. It's like liquid bread.
Beck's Light.. 64 calories and still tastes like beer.
Guiness, Coors light, and Heineken.
No necessery order of preference.
Beer is very important to me.
I'm going to enjoy a St. Pauly Girl right now.
Cheers!
Blue Moon for me anytime!
After a long run nothing is better than a cold beer. I'm generally not very picky about which beer, any beer will do. I would have to say a Sam Adam's Light or some other light beer after a long hot run. I don't want anything too heavy until I've recovered a bit.
Free.
Milwaukee's Best ICE....end of discussion.
guinness or stella - but most important is the quantity
oh man i just finished my run 30 minutes ago and want a beer so badly. thanks a lot.
oh wait i do have beer, magic hat #9. great idea!
Abt 12 baby!
For me, nothing tastes better after a hard run than a well-chilled stout; guinness, murphy's, beamish, etc. I also believe that a regular regimen of stouts will aid in recovery and provide you with the much-needed strength to carry on with 100-mile weeks. Just my professional opinion as a lover of stouts.
Pabst Blue Ribbon before and after a good run
Bud light for me.
Immediately following a run - Coors Light
Having cooled off, showered, and relaxing on the couch - Sam Adams or Sierra Nevada
less filling taste great wrote:

Bud Light's New Moto
"Less Taste, More Pissing"
In the past I haven't enjoyed light beers but I must say that Heineken Light and Samuel Adams Light are fine beers following a run or anytime for that matter.
What are everybody's thoughts on these new entries into the market?
