I'm a masters who hasn't sprinted seriously since high school.
I've been getting back in to sprinting, doing some easy sprints, etc., and today I did some short time trials.
I did a 30m 40m and 60m trial. When I put my 30m and 40m times in to calcultors to predict my 60m times, the time it says I should run my 60m is a lot faster than what I did run it.
Now, this could mean:
1. I'm starting too fast (is there such a thing?); or
2. I'm not starting too fast and I need to work on my speed endurance; or
3. The calculators are off.
Can anyone lend a fellow white boy a hand here?
