I'm looking to do a tune up work out before a 1500 on saturday. Anyone have any suggestions of a workout that will get me loosened up? I'm not looking to do anything too hard.
I was thinking short reps around 1500 pace. With one just faster.

2x400 at 1500 pace off 3mins, 2x200 off 2mins at 800 pace
works perfect a day or two before
