Ok similar to the corn on the cob thread. I eat plenty of avocados, probably 4-5 a week. I know that they are supposidly healthy from what I have read, but anyone know how much is too much?
I know that they are high in fat (although mostly good fats) so I was wondering if eating too many of them would have a negative effect on me (I know fat doesn't get you fat it is the calories, but fat still isn't great for you). So anyone with some inside info on avocados?
