So I am a recently injured runner. I spent the last couple of weeks resting and getting my injury worked on (calf).
Today I started biking and went for 1 hour for a total of 22 miles. I was wondering what this translated to in running. I know there isn't an exact science for this but I want to ensure that I am getting a solid workout.
My guess is around 7 running miles, anyone with some input?
