I was wondering what some good ideas were for a typical milage breakdown per day for a 95-105 mile week. The week contains one day of hills, one tempo, and a long run, the rest is easy running.
1 day long run 18-22% of the week
1 day medium long run 12-16% of the week
the rest of the days break the mileage into two runs with one being larger (4 in the am, 9 in the pm for example) and make one of the evening runs into your tempo or hill day.
