the list is out of date or something because it has jeff see in there as a 4:06xx which he ran his sophmore year... his senior year at nats didnt he go 4:03-4 ish

Yeah, also no Gavin Coombs who ran 4:05 in '04 at AOC. It looks to me like that list is from 2003.
Is Centrowitz a speed-side or strength-side miler? I've read that he's gone around 9:00 flat in the 3200M, and 2:27 for the 1K indoors, but I'd think he can definitely go faster in each. Any (good) chance that he'll be groomed for the 5K starting college?
Centrowitz is more of a strength side miler. He's got 1:50+ 800 ability, but doesn't quite have the wheels of Borchers (1:48 relay split supposedly). Regardless, he's one of the smoothest runners I've ever seen, and he often leaves me wondering whether or not he's ever given an all-out effort in any race. Should be interesting to see him go for this reported sub-4 bid at Reebok.
