Yeah I said it. I will pay someone (preferably in or near Washingtn state) $100 ro run a sub-14:30 5K using my identity. I also offer an additional $50 bonus if you win the race, but you have to send me the award. I will also cover race entrance fee. The purpose of this is so that I can show off the race results and fool people into believing that I actually ran those times. Any takers?
