Do you think I can run sub 19 min 5k? HELP! I have run mostly 19:20-19:30 in my 5ks..My fastest is 19:15 which was 1 month and a half ago. What do I need to change?
Last two track workouts:
1200 400X3 1200 400X3: 4:20 for 1200s 80sec for all 400's
1600 x 3: 6:04, 6:01, 5:58
I do about 35-40miles a week, 11 mile long runs in the mountains on Sun, 8 mile tempo on thursdays, Strength training on Sat and Mon etc....
