10 x 300
Warmup 2 1/2 laps, then 10x300 with 100 recovery jogs. The whole workout covers only 5k.
3 sets of 5 times 300 @ mile race pace with 100 @ marathon pace. Jog 800 in between sets.
Killer Lydiard style workout for doing serious anaerobic stress.

2 sets of 3x300m off 45sec 100m jog and 10min @800m pace
10 x 300 in 44 seconds each with no recovery.
3x300m in 33 seconds with 300m recovery
Here's two:
1. 25-40 x 300 in (for slow poke me...) 60s w/100 break in 30s (so 10k-10M at 6 min pace)
2. 5x300 balls out with 300 walking break.
4 x (4 x 300m) in 44 secs
Jog the 100m in 1 min between reps and take 4 or 5 mins between sets.
