Has anyone tried the Free 7.0 yet? How does the fit compare to the 5.0v2? Thanks.

I love the Free 5 v2. The Free 7 looks like a move backwards: Nike added a Phylite layer in the sole, more support material, and increased the weight. I'm moving to the new Free 3: less weight, less material, same flexible sole, only thinner, like old school racing flats. Seems that's the logical direction to go after outgrowing the Free 5 v2.
Is the 7.0 very flexible? I've been interested in trying the Frees, but have been weary, so I thought the 7.0 might be a good introduction.
If you've been weary, what you need is sleep. The Frees won't help with that.
The 7.0 is designed to have more support, its an intro to this type of shoe. After that, you move to 5.0, and then to the 3.0 when your foot is strong.
well done, sandman. well done.

Thanks, I'll get right on it.
