i want to hear about this so called dream mile
heard the dream mile was pretty spectacular from a d.3 perspective....myers won in around 359, but Ryan Turlow from Hope College ran an incredible last 400 (reported at high 56) to run 4:04.... great to hear there's the possibility for a Leer challenge this national meet.
Any one have the results for the steeple
10k and steeple results?
Michael Nikila won the steeple in 9:02. A bit of a collision in the middle of the race with Perrin and some guys slowed times down a bit.
Chris Swisher won the 5000 in 14:01 I believe. Several D2 guys ran well in the race. Jellema from Southern Indiana 14:06, Rendyl from Mines 14:12, Hamilton from Mines 14:19, Sirbek Southern Indiana 14:21. Swisher basically had the rhythm from the start with some help from Olinger, and another unattached guy in the middle.
I cannot believe people are clamoring for results from a crap meet like this. What's so pertinent about seeing slow times tonight rather than tomorrow or later?
Friends...you got em?
I just want to hear about Henry Rono's performance in the 5,000.
hey burp maybe some people on these forums know some of the athletes running the race? and just cuz you can't break 10 minutes in the mile doesnt mean you can bash the guys that kick your ass

Certainly, what about them?
That and the Hansons guys in the 10,000.
Oh I get it now, mancrush. Never had one of those. So gina = vag?
How did the Hansons guys do?
Burp,Cause ur so fast why dont you go post on another topic. I mean, ur obvioulsy faster than any other guy that ran at Gina.I love how you criticize the meet so much, but yet, it obviously has some appeal to you because your posting under the topic.

was the other unattached guy Ian Forsyth?
Is that supposed to be English?
10k and 5k results/top 10 anyone?
Willis looked amazing pacing the mile. He paced all the way through 1400m and had a big smile on his face when he dropped out. He should have just continued the last 300 and ran 3:56-7.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
