I just did a 5x2000m workout in 6:39, 6:38, 6:38, 6:38 and 6:37 with 3 minutes rest. I was also solo in this workout. What do you think I can run a 10k in? My goal race is in 2 weeks, I was thinking about 33:30 or so. I am currently running 80 mpw and ran a 15:59 5k 3 weeks ago. Thanks.
