Seeing Lopez train and run on a regular basis, I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what this guy is capable of. He is just an animal and I'm not sure anyone out there can beat him at any distance in the NCAA's at the moment. At Stanford this weekend, he simply did what he had to do to win both of his races with as little effort as possible. This guy is a beast and I think he is the class of the NCAA distance, mid-distance runner's at the moment. Any thoughts and predictions as to when, and if, he will be beaten? I don't think it is going to happen this season as long as he stays healthy.
