I see people posting stuff like "what will I run, given that I did such and such workout ..."
So, I am asking a similar question, but in the end, I promise to post my race results if I get enough people predicting what I can run. No names, cant tell you what race, but if you are nosy enough, you may find out.
Here is the story: I have a 10 mile race coming up, training has been alright ... I just did a tune up workout that was like this: 1 x 8000m @ 25:19, 2 min rest, then 3 x 400 @ 66, 65, 65 with 1 min rest. The question is, what do you think I will run at the upcoming 10 miler?
PS - I have a goal time, but I dont want to bias your guesses ...
