i ran a half last year and nearly shit myself the last 4+ miles. i had the chills and everything. in retrospect i should have stopped and let my ass fall out. that half is approaching this year, i would love to hear some suggestions on what to eat the morning of the race and the night before to help me prevent a messy half marathon this time around. my normal eating routine does not seem to work for a longer effort (cereal, pop-tart, powerbar, cytomax). and like my name says i am a skinny bitch...i need get a lot in me to function. i can eat a bowl of cereal, rise it out, and go for a run w/o a problem.
