I'm more like Oscar Goldman than Steve Austin. I'd like some help/advice and will bear with the grief thrown my way too. 40 years old 220 lbs 6 ft. 20 years ago was 150 lbs. 6 ft. and so-so runner. It's been a long time, maybe too long.
This weekend I time trialed and did:
100 meter 16 sec
200 meter 37 sec (maybe 85% effort)
200 meter 29 sec (100% effort, threw up and locked up)
400 meter 1:17
1 mile 7:47
all of this was pretty much maxed out best effort.
I used the McMillan running calculator and it does'nt seem to tell me too much. IF I started running again regularly etc. etc. what are some realistic 1 month, 3 month, and six month, 1 year goals for those times. Appreciate the help.
