maintaining your form, and not breaking down, right now most 9.3 hand time types will fade a little if you ran a 100h, unless you've been training over distance (in other words as the season goes along you'll get a little stronger and be able to do what you do at 55m for 100m) if so then 9.3=16.2-16.7, if you get alot stronger which you probably will you will run under 16 given the right conditions.
