Is it possible? I'm 18 btw.
My workout routine so far:
Sunday: 5 miles easy.
Monday: Usually 4x1600m, 8x800m or 12x400m. Total 6-7 miles.
Tuesday: Rest
Wednsday: 6-7 miles easy, with 4x30 second sprints at the end.
Thursday: Rest or 5 easy.
Friday: 10 miles easy, with 4x30 second sprints at the end.
Total: Around 25-30 miles per week.
I ran 18:10 at a local road race last weekend, pretty flat course.
Also what pace should I run my easy and long runs? I usually average anywhere from 7:00-8:00 per mile, with the 10 miler being a bit slower.
