I do all of my runs in either T3s or T4s (though I think T3 is the superior model) and I never get injuries. Maybe I am blessed with uninjurable legs, and perhaps I have just jinxed myself and will get injured tomorrow, but I say that training in light-weight, low-cushion shoes has improved my leg turnover and kept me injury-free. If you feel good in T4s, then run in T4s, brother! But if you can get your hands on some T3s, you are in for a real treat.
