Just curious, if one runs a 20 min 5K at 0 degrees F. What might that equate out at 50 degrees? Would the cold make much of a difference not including the extra clothes weight.

I could see it making maybe a 20 second difference. Possibly more if someone goes out a tad fast in that cold-weather breathing and rigs some at the end.
