I was wondering do spikes make much difference to times compared to racing shoes? Does it vary over distances. 100m - 1500m?
Thanks

it does matter in relation to distance, but inversely and as a proportion. you'll save more time in the 1500 overall, but it will be less of a percentage than the time savings in the 100. the actual time you save is a pretty individual number.
Glad it makes a decent difference. As i ended up running a 0.4 second pb in the 100m in trainers today just through winter training. So looking forward to see how my improved speed will help my Middle distance times in the summer
