I recently ran a 1:25.94 for 600m on a flat 200m track. Could a 2:00 800m indoor? outdoor? be capable for me? I have a 4:22 1500m PR if that helps

.......is to multiply your 600m time by 1.4, which will give you your predicted 800m time.
just add 42sec and add a gay guy...

You can't estimate an 800m time soley from a 600m time. They're 2 completely diffrent events. Try predicting a 400m time from a 100m.
