According to the stats for each site provided by the site you put up (thanks for linking that) RWOL has a one week daily average of just under 28,000 visitors. LR.C sees just under 20,000. Today along RWOL has seen nearly 9000 more visitors. The difference is much greater than 10% so no dead heat, though LR.C is gaining.

Alexa rankings are complied those users who have the Alexa toolbar installed on their browsers. Since the demographic of Letsun viewers comes mostly from office and school computers it's doubtful that most of Letsrun viewers would ever be counted in the Alexa stats.
Thats the traffic rank which would put letrun having more visitors than runners world
