I was wondering what the conversion would be between a 200m banked track and a 200m flat track. Can anyone help?

The NCAA has conversions, forget how much exactly, something like .5-1.x seconds.
No, but I can tell you that equating Notre Dame's 320 meter track to a 200 banked track is a bunch of bull. Same for UWashington's oversized track.
Well, the difference between a flat 200 and a banked 200 also is affected by the radius of both curves. But, roughly, it's going to be about .3 for a 200, .5 for a 400, .7 for 800, 1 for a mile, 1.6 or so for 3k.
Banking is more critical in shorter races.
Of course, if you practice a lot on a flat 200, you can get pretty good at it - if you have the feet and ankles that can take it.
