Any advice would be greatly appreciated. At the end of any middle distance races my form just completely goes to crap. I don't have great form during the early part of the races (lots and lots of upper body rocking)but when I start to even just get a little tired my form goes out the window. My arms start going way out to the side and I lose all forward momentum. The thing is that i do all the form drills, I do core work every day and yet it still has made bugger all difference. The only thing I can think of is that my motor patterns are so ingrained that they are impossible to change despite all extra core work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how you can change this pattern? Cheers
