Came off a hurdle off-balance and really jammed my foot into the track. My knee buckled a little bit. I finished the workout with no problem but that night my knee stiffened up something awful. The next day I was limping. I rested for a week, then did another strong hurdle workout with no problems or pain, but that night the stiffness and soreness came on again. Today I'm limping. Someone said inflammation of the meniscus? I'm probably spelling it wrong. Anyone know anything about this or have any insights?
