Has anyone here ran a marathon hard, then ran another one a month later and had good results? I ran Houston at about 95%, but am thinking of running another one in a few weeks. I was 10 minutes off this last race, but crossed the finish line feeling that I could have ran a few minutes faster, plus I was sick the weekend before the race. My legs feel alright now. If I run another marathon in a few weeks, what should I do in the meantime? Marathon pace runs?
