Try doing 300s (400pace)with 30sec recovery. Do a set of 6 then take a 4 minute lap and do another 2-3 sets.
Do 1600/mile(5k pace) take 1 minute, do another, take 4 minute lap, do another set. Depending on what you're trainning for. Do 5-7 sets for marathon
