Recently had surgery for a stress fracture and now beginning to run again, but only every other day for 15 minutes. What would be some good cross training to do? I have access to a pool, bike, eliptical.
So far i have been doing fartleks of aqua jogging (2 min hard, 1 off for 40 minutes) 30 minute hard on the bike, and wieghts.
What are some specific workouts that can be done to help me get in shape to run 400m and 800m races by track season (March?))
