I train 3 times 60 minutes a week, 1 time 60' runs in different form, fartlek-like, 1 time speedwork, 10 times uphill's (15 to 25"), 1 time tempo's like 5 x 1' or 5 x 2' or 3 x 5' with short rest in this time of the year.
I am 1.82m, 69 kg, besttimes 12 years ago at 43 years, 100m 11,9 /400m 53.2/800m 2.02/1000m 2.40/10miles 60'
i love to do 150's and 300m's, i negleted endurance in summer.Till 43 years i did long jogs of 2hr and 2h30u, but maybe they where useless ,...strange enough i could run that year 11,9 on 100m.
