If you are trying to change the sport you need to oust both Masback and Vigil (and obviously Brooks Johnson). Both guys represent the old guard and neither are interested in change. Nice guys but both have benefited from the current system and are not interested in change. Add Mary Wittenberg and Carey Pinkowski as both of these folks have a vision.
