is mark carrol's 5k pr still 13:11 from 95 or 96?
is mark carrol's 5k pr still 13:11 from 95 or 96?
I think Caroll was just ahead of Bakken in Oslo last year. That would be 13:08 or so???
13:03sumtin
It was 13:08.32 last year but I'm not sure if that's his best.
i really thought mark would be sub 13 by now. I remember his last year at providence he ran 13:30something by himself at penn, and then was outkicked by martin keino in a very very very tactical race at ncaa's.
I told you it is 13:03
TRT is correct ... 13:08.32 in Oslo last year ahead of Marius ( 13.09.19) ... but, he has a PR of 13:03.93 from Berlin in 1998.
Martin
he was not correct. The question was "what is his PR?"
Mplatt
I messed up ... that was the question .. I didn't read it properly. So, in that case, 13 something was correct.
A thousand pardons
Martin
I didn't know but was merely pointing out that it was certainly faster than "13:11 from 95-96". That 13:08 last year at least gets him back on track to still run under 13. He is still close.
Is Platt the only guy who can read on this thread?
Actually, the answer to the original question is "No".
alright, alright, all the answers were informative, so some of you need to get ur panties out of a bunch and relax.
Yes. Platt is the only person who can read.
I also hear that he does some other things really well.
But I'll let his women tell you that.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
