Anyone know of a place not far off of I-40 around Arkansas or Oklahoma to do an easy 45-60 minute run without dodging a million cars? I'm traveling back home tomorrow and need some help getting a run in.

Foss Lake in Western Oklahoma has some quiet roads which border it and then go by some ranches on the south and west side. It's about 8-10 miles off (north) of Hwy. 40. Rule of thumb when traveling, if you see a sign for such-and-such state park, chances are the running is passable there.
Exit 81 in Arkansas at Russellville. Head south on 7 a couple hundred yards, turn right on 326, go a couple hundred yards to Bona Dea Trails. Just off the highway, totally flat but nice nice 5 1/2 miles of trails in a wildlife sanctuary, no cars. Give it a try.
i remember this trail from when i lived there in middle school. not a bad spot at all. i'm going to be running in the bentonville/fayetteville area later this week. does anyone have any idea for places there?
Chili Pepper course on the Agri Park on the north side of Fay is ok. Not scenic but soft and no cars. Park across from the Equestrian Center on 112 or at the end of Leverett street if you can find that. Not sure about Bville but you can run around Lake Atalanta in Rogers. Not a great run but low traffic.
Pea Ridge Military park is awesome through. About a 10 mile loop with almost no traffic. You can run on the road or on the grass to the side. It's east of Rogers. Anyone in NWA can tell you where it is.
