Any tips on getting 20 grand in cash through airport security without anyone asking any questions ? Can I say that it was gambling winnings ?
Also, what are some good ideas for laundering money, say if I wanted to get 60 to 90 grand across the country without actually carrying it ?

200 100 dollar bills don't take up that much room when strapped to your body.
20 grand is really not that much so don't try and hide it that'll just raise suspicion if its found. Either I'd recommend breaking it up into smaller portions and placing throughout your pockets and wallet. Like you can easily fit 2500-3000 in a wallet alone and it wouldn't be noticable. Then you place a few grand in your pants pocket some your coat pockets and maybe where one of those lame travel belt things. Or you could go all out dress like a mack and people wouldn't give a second thought if you had hundreds fall out your ass.

I'd fed x several shipments to myself and only carry about $9,000 but with the patriot act they may question $5,000. You probably can get it thru the airport without getting caught but if you do get caught they can confiscate it and there's a good chance you won't see it again.

If you are staying in the us, just drive, even if its across country.
Carrying that much cash is not a good idea at all, for a lot of reasons.
I advise buying postal money orders and make them payable to yourself. Don't deposit them all at once.
Apparently the sniffer dogs can sniff out money as well as substances.
Agreed, why not take twenty $100.00 bills and put them in a money clip.

put a bunch of books in your carry on and in your bag and put the dollars in between the pages of the books. i dont think it would show up, would it?

You're forgetting about the magnetic strip embedded in large denomination bills. How do you think they are able to track how much money moves around the country?

buy some diamonds. They store value very well. 10 1-1.5k diamonds would be about the same. They'd be so small you'd never be asked questions. no one would know.
Get a money order. The transactions costs are minimal.
