Anyway, no harm in asking surely.
Recently i done a session of 2x(4x200m) with 1 min recovery and 5 mins between sets. Times were as follows.
30.7, 30.6, 30.3, 30.1 | 29.8, 30.1, 29.2, 29.8.
From this session i would say im capable of running anything between 1:58 and 2:05. Yes, i know a big range, thats why im asking.
Also im doing a session in a few days of 6x300m off 2 mins rec. What times should i be aiming for roughly from the above workout.
