I have a 10.5 in the milers that fit well. However, my 10.5 in the Forevers are way too big. What size would work for me in the Lanangs and Eldorets. A 10? 10.5?, anyone know? Also, are those the Lanangs that Teg is wearing at nationals in the 5k? If so that would answer my question as to weather or not they are good for a 5k. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

Yes, those are the white Lanangs Teg is wearing. I have a pair of 10.5 Milers, and my size 10 Lanangs fit the same. I wear a 10.5 in the Eldoret IIs as well. Hope that helps.
I wear a 10 in almost all trainers and my Lanangs are 10s and fit perfect. By perfect for me, though, I mean with my toe just touching the edge with no socks on, but not being jammed. To get the same fit as a 10 trainer (with socks and a thumbnail of room) I'd have to go 10.5
